I am an Industrial-O
rganizational Psychologist, Project Manager, author, researcher, coach, trainer, and training developer making businesses successful. I worked with global organizations in program management, training, organizational analysis, change management, process improvement, human resource management, and coaching. My passion is providing organizations the tools, processes, and practices necessary for long-term sustainable success.
Having operated as a Program/Project Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Programs, Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, and Global Human Resource Manager over the past 30 years, I am aware of the difficulties of recruiting and retaining key personnel and keeping businesses profitable. He is very passionate about his desire to bring best practices to businesses and business leaders to make them successful.
I constantly research new trends. Sharing those trends through writing, publishing articles, books, and video courses. My latest project was to identify why so many small businesses failed. Reports indicated that over 50% of all small businesses fail in their first 5 years of operation. Through research and surveys, I determined a recommended set of HR best practices and what will work for small businesses. The survey results verified this list of practices. I am currently compiling those results in a book, video course, and articles.
